[Fortress-interest] Alternate access to Fortress source.

Anyone feeling more zippy, than subversive, can now download
a zipped, already-compiled-and-tested, version of the Fortress
source.  The ability to run out-of-the-box has only been tested
on a Mac, but (re)building from the zipped version has also been
tested under Cygwin.  The zipped release will be upgraded from
time-to-time, more slowly than the subversion repository.

section, it's all there.
