[Fortress-interest] Installation Question

Forgive me, as I am not familiar with ant. i tried to install, but got the
error

"ProjectFortress/build.xml:241: Could not create task or type of type:
depend.

Ant could not find the task or a class this task relies upon"

I checked all of my installations and everything seems to be in order, does
anyone know what could be causing this? Thank you very much for your help.
